(Loving Kindness, Subtle mind, Visualization, meditation etc.) Choose two
practices that you have determined to be most beneficial. I actually found all of our practice sessions and exercises to be most helpful. But since I have to choose, the two practices that I have determined to be the most beneficial to me is the visualization and meditation. How can you implement
these practices in your personal life to foster “mental fitness”? I have already implemented meditation and visualization into my life. I have found that it helps me start my day with a clear mind and it also puts me into a happier place and stress free so I can tackle any day that is thrown my way. Right now I am meditating only 3 times a week but will eventually get to 7 days a week once summer starts. Thank you!
